Stayed for a week and honestly you get what you paid for , bed was comfortable , super close to the beach A+ on that area seems sketchy in the night but overall good stay for simple people and or couple

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

This was in a good location that was easily walkable but also had good driving access. We liked that there was 24hr security and parking included.
I wish the listing was clear on what floor you're on because we had zero view from the balcony. Also, the sofa-bed mattress was about 2" thick and you could feel every spring. Besides the sofa-bed though, everything felt well maintained.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and gadgets but it would have been nice to have other non perishable consumables left behind as we've had in the past with other rental properties (e.g. coffee filters, tinfoil, etc.).

The beds were extremely comfortable and so were the pillows! We loved the banana bread and coffee, and the deck where we had this morning snack had a gorgeous view of the mountains. We paid extra to go on the snorkeling trip and had an amazing time! Our guide was a lot of fun and was wonderful with our kids, too.

The resort is beautiful and maintained with the highest standards. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating The resort is located very close to all major activities. Close to the airport and visitor sites. I would return again in the future. It was a very memorable experience

We had an oceanfront junior suite room that the Hyatt upgraded us to. It was beautiful to sit out on our balcony to watch the ocean everyday. The hotel location is perfect for shopping and close restaurants in walking distance. Having the beach across the street was convenient.
