"Great location and the house was perfect for two families splitting it with kids. The house had all of the beach supplies we needed which was extremely helpful traveling 16 hours to not have to worry about the extra packing of beach items. My only wish would be to have a pool on site. There is a community pool that is extremely nice within a few miles; however, the hours of the public pool are very limited so we only ended up going once. The host was great and fast at responding. We even had to reach out after we checked out due to a lost item. The host had found the item and set up shipping for us. We didn’t have any issues with the house. We will definitely consider staying again!"

"We WILL be coming back! The photos do NOT do this place justice. The weather was not ideal for our beach weekend but we weren't mad because of everything this property has to offer. If the weather does hold up, you're only about a 5 minute drive from the beach. Book this place. You won't be disappointed!"

"The home is spotlessly maintained, super clean, VERY well furnished with new, clean comfortable furniture. Outdoor screened in patio is bright, clean & comfortable for hanging out by the pool with friends. Loved the new LG washer and dryer and extra large spare fridge in the garage (if you can call it that: spotless w/cool finished flooring, & walls. We leveraged the beach chairs for a run to a local beach. All possible extras in the kitchen are provided as well as a gas grill outside. Quiet safe neighborhood, close to Anna Maria island. We really appreciated the new, clean overall condition and layout. Love the pool @ hot tub, again all in great condition. Overall a very positive experience."

"This place was just perfect for our large family! Plenty of room for sleeping, hanging out, and playing games. Our family loved the pool (which felt like a resort pool) and the patio was so large. We played table tennis, foos ball, and the big kids and younger ones really enjoyed playing billiards! The dock was great for fishing and sitting and enjoying the water view. Probably the best house we have even rented for our get togethers. We certainly hope to return soon."

"This was our second stay at this massive home. We came back down for a tournament at IMG and knew right away we wanted to book this house again instead of trying to find something new. With a full roster of players plus a few parents, the six bedrooms and all those bathrooms make mornings so much easier when everyone's trying to get out the door for early games. They've clearly kept improving the place too. Since our last visit they added a pickleball court and a basketball court, which was a huge hit. The boys got their extra energy out between games and honestly some of the parents got competitive on the pickleball court after the kids went to bed. On top of that, every single bathroom has been completely remodeled and they look fantastic now, really clean and modern. The location is great for IMG, about 15 minutes over and an easy drive. After long days at the fields the boys pretty much went straight to the pool and hot tub, and the cabana with the pool table kept them busy at night so the parents could actually relax. The big island in the kitchen was clutch for team dinners, we fed 20 people no problem. Everything was just as clean and well kept as the first time, and communication with the hosts was easy again. If you've got a team coming in for IMG this is the spot. See you next season."
