"We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and well-maintained, with a rustic charm and an extremely peaceful location. The pool is only shared with one neighbouring villa, and we were often on our own; there is a shaded terrace for evening meals. It's a remote location up an unmaintained road, so a car is essential (taxis didn't seem to be an option), but you're within easy reach of the local towns. The local restaurant (Villa Nosa) does takeaway pizzas which are huge, and highly recommended (a short drive). The kitchen is well-maintained but quite basic. It's a beautiful, traditional Italian kitchen, and both this and the bathroom are set into the cliff face, which adds to their charm. The owner Guiseppe, lived in the house above the property and was always on hand for any questions we had. He was extremely welcoming and helpful, keeping in touch before our arrival and during our stay should we need it. We'd recommend this if you are looking for a place to completely switch off and relax, accessing local activities as needed."

"Das Haus ist gut zu finden, die Lage ist für Ausflüge nach z.B. Palermo und Cefalù sehr gut. Für Palermo haben wir das Auto am Bahnhof Altevilla abgestelltund sind in 20 Minuten nach Palermo gefahren. Das erspart den Großstadtverkehr und Parkplatzsuche. Das Haus selbst ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, Küchenausstattung ist etwas spärlich wenn man ab und zu kochen will. Die Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Pool sind schön. Mehr Sonnenschutz wie z.B. ein Sonnenschirm wäre wünschenswert da auch die überdachte Terasse zum Teil in der vollen Sonne liegt. Leider waren die Nebenkosten sehr hoch, für 5 Nächte 185 Euro (!!), da waren wir sehr überrascht. Zwei Tage waren wir von Morgens bis Abends weg und die Klimaanlagen liefen da nicht! Wir haben nur Espresso gekocht . Es wurde Wasser/Gas und Strom berechnet. Leider habe ich den Zettel nicht fotografiert. Der Betrag wird gleich von der Kaution abgezogen.Wenn man das als Nebenkosten auf einen Monat umrechnet....... Zuhause hab ich gesehen das in der Anzeige steht: - Strom und Heizung exklusive- Wasser inklusiveDas geht mal gar nicht.In der anderen Fewo hatten wir für 9 Nächte weniger an Nebenkosten (135) bezahlt."

"Excellent house for a family with teenagers and children. The swimming pool was a major point for entertainment . Very well kept and clean. Good location to use as a base for exploring the West part of Sicily."

"Our time at Patrizia’s property was wonderful. As a family of 5 we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was such a nice added bonus, water pressure is great, AC runs well. The meal Patrizia made was absolutely delicious and such a kind gesture. Nothing to do with the property but I’d suggest to rent a car."

"Angelo is the hardest working individual I have met while in Italy. He is extremely loyal being with the hotel twenty two years Everyone, Aleso, sp Juicy, Veronica, Guisppe, Paolo, Alice A lee CHE are so kind. Francesca sings beautifully every night. Housekeeping is wonderful. I had my second flat in six weeks with a brand new car. Aleso made phone calls from home for me. I run a large service organization in the Pittsburgh area and get emotional about our leadership team and hundreds reporting them. I am a bit emotional how they welcome they have made me feel while making a major life decision to have a home nearby. I will come back every year until I buy a home. Then I will throw a party for them. Les DeFelice"
