Cozy 1-bedroom cottage in delightful Mastic Beach with AC

"The listing said it was 'cozy' but the living room and kitchen were quite spacious with a really big comfy sectional couch. The yard was cute and cozy. I enjoyed my morning coffee sitting in the shade surrounded by lots of trees. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive with any questions or concerns. For example, we asked for more towels and they were quick to provide them. The one thing my wife would have liked was a full length mirror. I would stay there again if I find myself in Mastic Beach."

"Our family had a great stay at Cedargate. Nicely renovated property with everything we needed. The host Sean was very communicative and responsive to our questions and in dealing with a couple of minor issues that arose during our stay. The grounds are well maintained and peaceful. Perfect place to relax and a great location in a nice neighborhood."

"The house was clean. Some small details would improve this even more. For example, having some body wash in the bathrooms would be nice for people who have to come in from a flight. Overall it is a nice VRBO."

"It all starts with the host, Louis, who is outstanding. He allowed my brother to do a walkthrough of the property months before we showed up. Louis communicates effectively and efficiently, and responds immediately. The fridge was initially stocked with breakfast essentials, there was wine in the dining room table and beverages in the small fridge. There were towels and bathrobes in every closet, and essentials in every bathroom and shower. This property is everything it’s advertised to be, a fabulous place for a family style vacation."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was spotless, the host was incredibly sweet and kind! Everything was super close for amazing food places such as TJ’s hero’s! The area is quiet and super friendly! Two baby deer kept showing us a visit!! I really appreciate the time here! I would absolutely love to come back! Thanks for having us :) The Place is Really Nice’ !"
