"Overall the kitchen was well stocked, including some spices. I wish we had thought to bring bottled water with us, plastic wrap and olive oil. But there was coffee and a few pantry items, nice cookware and a great grill on the back patio. The nearby neighborhood had grocery stores so it was easy to get the things we needed. The glass doors and patio and yard were all TOP notch!! Just couldn’t get enough of the peaceful view. Our host, Steve, was great! Very attentive to anything we needed, very pleasant and genuinely desirous of our having a memorable stay. Thank you SO much Steve and Dory!"

"We loved our stay at The Cool House and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The host was easily accessible and responsive. The house was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with an amazing view of the bay and a large deck that quickly became one of our favorite places to relax.The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet there were so many activities and things to do in the surrounding area.The kitchen was well-stocked, which made preparing meals easy and convenient. The game room in the basement was such a wonderful bonus and gave us another place to just hang out and have fun.Overall, this home had everything we could’ve hoped for and more. We will be back!"

"Beautiful property, even better than the photos. So many amenities and activities at the house between the pool, hot tub, sauna and basketball hoop there’s something for everyone. Our group really loved staying here as the location is close to a variety of things to do on the island. Communication with the host was great, he responds very quickly. Cannot recommend it enough."
