"It did not look like the pictures. The pictures showed it to be modern, bright and cheerful. It was not. The pots still had grease on them. No coffee pot. No coffee or tea provided or shampoo or shower gel. It was supposed to be near airport. It was not. It was supposed to have free airport shuttle. It did not. The immediate area was full of graffiti. The backyard was unkempt. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. "

"We can’t fault anything about the property. Situated in a quite street a few mins walk from a little shop (for essentials) and few mins further to the main road and regular buses into Split. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for the three of us. The kitchen was well equipped too. The pool area is well maintained with enough sun beds to not need a morning rush down to nab one. If I were to come back, I definitely choose to stay again"

"We had a great experience staying here. Beautiful, spacious space with a lovely view of the water. The host was super kind and helpful. The only thing I will add is it was up two flights of stairs and my grandma with low mobility struggled with that but other than that beautiful spot in Podstrana."

"A little difficult to find and more difficult to use the code the use to open the parking barrier that never works. Otherwise the apartment was very clean and the staff very helpful. Something else, is far from the city of split. Most of the attractions are in split and it took $39.00 in uber each way to go to the city to meet the tours pick up spots and to see the city which is beautiful by the way. If you are renting a car which we decided to do you have to give yourself 30 minutes to arrive to your destination because the traffic is heavy. There are nice restaurants close by so dinner was easy."

"The hotel was well located for day trips to split. It is near the beach, but there is not much around the hotel and it is fairly quiet. The only restaurants nearby are part of the Meridian hotel which is a few minute walk away along the sea. The hotel is a little dated, and there is no facility to make tea or coffee or water in the rooms Our room had a torn duvet cover with a stain and a broken bin."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa with our large family of 21 people, ranging in age from children to adults. The property is stunning, and one of the highlights was watching the amazing sunsets from the pool and jacuzzi on the third-floor terrace. The location was also great, just a short distance from the beach promenade, and it made a perfect base for exploring the nearby towns and beautiful beaches.We particularly enjoyed having breakfast included. The variety was excellent, and the lovely ladies preparing breakfast were incredibly sweet, friendly, and attentive. They quickly noticed what we enjoyed and made sure there was always more of it the following day. We also loved the hotel-like service. Having our rooms cleaned regularly and laundry taken care of made such a difference, especially with such a large group. GG was always reachable whenever we needed anything and was extremely helpful throughout our stay.A definite highlight was the BBQ pool party on our last evening. With an amazing DJ, delicious cocktails, and such a fun atmosphere, it was the perfect grand finale to an already fantastic holiday.If we had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the kitchen equipment. As we wanted to cook for ourselves on some evenings, we found that the kitchens could have used larger pots and pans to accommodate such a big group. On request though GG brought us a pot.To summarize: It was really amazing."
