"This was a great place for my family to celebrate our parents. The game room and upstairs loft was prefect for all the grandkids. My sibling and parents all had our own rooms which is prefect when you need some space for a min. This was the prefect location with the most amazing views of Bear Lake. We would all sit on the porch in the evening to talk and enjoy the view an even the moon rise. We would stay here again."

"Very quiet, contained condo. Clean, comfortable, good location. The a/c is in the living room so in order to cool the bedroom you have to keep it cranked up — which makes the living room very cold. But it has been unusually hot this summer."

"Great location with amazing views in a quiet neighborhood. The patio with the hot tub was a nice addition after a day on the lake. Home is a little dated and could be better maintained/cleaned. Sleeper sofa was broken and inflatable mattresses were both popped upon arrival and no remedy was proposed by the property manager so we had to pivot with the sleeping arrangements. Living room could use more seating to accommodate #guests the home sleeps. Recommend for a great home if traveling with a well behaved pet, just keep in mind the patio is not gated and the yard is not fenced, and pricing was a little confusing when booking with a pet and getting fees after the fact. And pack an eye mask. The bedrooms get light very early!"

"The room was nice and a good value. Things were clean. The only significant complaint was the AC unit in the bedroom. It was so very loud. It was difficult to hear the TV over the AC and sleeping was difficult because it kept waking me up. Besides the AC unit which honestly lowered the quality of the condo, we'd stay here again."

"This is the second year we have stayed at this property. Everything was as advertised. We didn't use the hot tub or sauna, but they looked clean and ready. Last year we tried to use the pizza oven using raw dough we brought, fail. (user error) This year we brought premade dough, loaded it up with toppings and it was a huge success! (I think each pizza took 1:30 minutes to cook in the pizza oven) Walking distance to pretty much everything in town, and the pool is ALWAYS a hit for the littles. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with what we needed, and the checkout process was clear and easy."

"The property was a great location, easy to access and get around. The instructions were very helpful in navigating check-out and such. It was clean, just a bit dated. I’d consider putting in new rugs… Having said that, the rocking chair was super comfortable. Great stay! Thanks."
