"Location was great! Easy walk to beach. There’s nice beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas & other gear available. The pool is nice and updated. Very dog friendly area- waste disposal station. The condo was nice and comfortable! Well decorated. The host is quick to respond and very friendly! We absolutely loved it here!"

"We enjoyed our stay here so much and we were very sad to go! The place was AMAZING! It is family friendly and pet friendly. The beach and ocean are right where you can see them and easy to access. Utilize the outdoor shower to helo with sand tracking in and out. The laundry room is located down stairs next to the outdoor shower. Bring extra big spray!!! The flies bite pretty good right before a rain. We aren't a super wealthy family so our main chunk of money went to the house so we cooked everything at the house. The trash service runs once a week so it was a tight squeeze for 6 people for a whole week but we made it work! There are beautiful views and breathtaking sunrises and you can sit on the deck or in the living room and see it because of the massive windows in the living room! When the tide goes out at night you can go explore and find all kinds of creatures in thw shallows. Wear sunscreen! And we made sure to have hats on and that helped alot! Overall we highly recommend this place and it is private as well. It was well worth the money and it was a wonderful experience!"

"The place was perfect! The beach was a 3 minute walk and literally NO ONE was there. The beach is very short but still room in the soft sand to setup a tent/canopy. We could walk about 50 yards and still be knee deep during high tide. The house and surrounding area was so quite and peaceful, we'd sit on the front porch and just listen to nature. With ZERO light pollution you could see the Milky Way at night.My recommendation to travelers is to stop in Panacea or Carrabelle and stock up on food and snacks. No one delivers and restaurants are about 20 minutes away so come prepared. We had an absolute blast and will definitely be back."

"So much effort put into the inside of this beautiful place. So nice to be in a place that gives you water, snacks, coffee! The host was available for any questions and responded promptly. The description by Expedia was incorrect because it is a one bedroom not a two bedroom. This was not the host fault. The convenience, cleanliness, and beauty more than made up for only having one bedroom."

"Great stay, great for dogs, nice a/c and comfy bed! Walking distance to most everywhere especially fathoms bar and restaurant! had only a grill to cook with but it worked for us, but would’ve liked a better coffee maker at least."
