Located in Brant Beach on 60th St. 1st Floor, with views of the ocean . Great price for the location. 2 full baths add to the convenience. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the deck , gas grill provided. Washer/Dryer are shared between floors, located in the shed. .1 dog 40 lb max with $250 pet fee and $1000 pet security permitted
Parking is for 2 cars only, at all times. Tenant to leave home i move in ready for sanitizing crew Grill must be left clean or tenant will be charged.

Also choice of $1000 regular security or the purchase of the damage insurance plus $500
