Ground Floor Beach Cottage, block from ocean, shops & restaurants

  • FROM JUNE 1st to OCTOBER 15 - this is a 7-day minimum Saturday to Saturday Rental ONLY, 4-night minimum otherwise - Enjoy the beauty and convenience of Surf City, LBI, NJ., one block from beach, shops, and restaurants. Fully updated ground floor cottage with expanded patio (front of house pictured FULLY PRIVATE PATIO) with plenty of room for grilling and lounging. All conveniences of your own home - perfect for families with young children as walks to the beach (2 minutes), coffee bar, playground, and returns are easy. Enjoy evening sunsets at the bay only 2 blocks away. Unit 2 is in the back upstairs of house with separate entrance and ONLY used by the owner at select times. All amenities are private (laundry room, showers, entrances etc.). Please be advised we do not provide sheets, pillow cases or bath towels. A pillow and comforter is provided for each bed
