"I was stuck for an hour trying to communicate with them for check in infor. Although I communicated with them a say before for check in info and they were not to worry"

"Support was the only good thing, there was no heating , windows weren't properly tight, wind was blowing inside the chalet. Bathroom had a foul smell , blinds were broken... And the list goes on and on... 2 stars instead of 1 star because the support was good, but maintenance team is very bad . "

"Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it"

"They charge for cleaning service which is almost the price of the room rent. They also charge for the towels while there is no washing machine or cleaning tools in the suite."
