The location of the hotel is conveniently close to the beach and the Telefrique. Close to bars, restaurants and the casino. The facilities were top notch and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you for an amazing experience."

"I booked the hotel because of the sea view, however the room i received had no sea view. There's a fish restaurant right next to the hotel, so the rooms at that side of the hotel smell like fish. The staff was more than generous to offer me an upgrade to a different room. Finally, the 2nd reason we booked this hotel was because breakfast was included in the package, however, no breakfast was available at the property."

"Property was in a great location with large pool and direct access to ocean. Great music and DJ. The restaurant adjacent was excellent. The rooms were updated well with a great view. However the staff needs more training they could not answer basic questions, they did not tell us about the property, any amenities or direction.( ie: the pool staff bar told us we could not charge to our room and had to pay cash) Our room was not ready, we waited well past check in time. "Our mirror broke in the room. It was not mounted on an uneven wall. Early morning while sleeping it all of sudden fell causing shattered glass all of room. Not only they didn't come clean the room but they assumed it was their first time this unacceptable unsafe situation happened. "
