The only downside was that all the restaurants are a-la-carte, and even the breakfast buffet requires you to wait for tea/coffee service and to sign a bill afterwards (even if you purchased the all-inclusive dining option you still need to sign for tip and "charge" to room). The service at the restaurants is extremely slow (expect 1.5 hours for lunch and 2 hours for dinner) so it's hard for families with small kids who get impatient. Other issue was the the water heater in the villas is small, so if 4 people take showers one after the other the 3rd and 4th person will have cold water. "
