Located on the banks of the Nive in a large garden 15 minutes walk from the center of Bayonne the house has five bedrooms three bathrooms and a large living room with a kitchen. The terrace allows for dinner or a barbecue with a beautiful perspective on the river and the mountains. The setting is beautiful and calm. The situation allows to go easily on the beaches or in the hinterland. A private pool buried 5 meters on 11 is available in the garden 50 m from the house.

Super séjour!
Jérôme est très sympathique et conciliant, avec des petites attentions pour ses résidents! La maison est parfaite, très fonctionnelle et spacieuse. 5 Chambres et 3 salles de bains, la configuration idéale pour notre séjour. La localisation est très bien, au calme mais à une distance raisonnable du centre ville (20 min à pied). Et le cadre, idéal, La Nive, le calme, les entrainements d'aviron, bref un dépaysement total! Merci Jérôme pour ce super séjour!

Bel endroit au bord de la Nive. La maison est pleine de charme et l’accueil du propriétaire y est chaleureux et bienveillant.
