One of the major issues was the presentation of the food. It was served in hot warmers, which made it appear as if the food had been sitting there since breakfast began at 6 am. To improve the experience, they should consider offering omelets made to order and providing more toppings for waffles and other items."

"Everything was spectacular. Dinner and breakfast from the Parlor were fantastic, bartender was friendly and attentive. Check in was a breeze. Only complaint was that my shower head tilted down so I needed to take it out of the holder and hold it to get wet. Would have liked a microwave and mini fridge in my room as I’m not a big eater and would have been able to reheat my leftovers and not through them away. "
