Private deck with lake view. Sleeps 4. Private bedroom has Cal king bed; living room has Murphy bed. Free designated alley parking. A/C available. Hardwood floors and natural stone tile throughout. Reliable Wi-Fi. Available year round. Check in 3PM; check out 11AM.

THE SPACE
Beautifully renovated apartment with great attention to the finer details in this 600+ square foot space. Ceiling has hand-painted, stenciled design on aged Italian plaster. Hardwood trim is hand-carved. Fully stocked kitchen has custom granite counters and natural stone backsplash with stylish, modern appliances. Full bath with walk-in travertine shower is beautifully tiled and decked with custom wallpaper and gorgeous trim. Drink your coffee on the walk-out deck and enjoy the lake view or lounge in the living area equipped with TV and Roku stick. Private bedroom has a luxuriously comfortable California King bed. Paired with a Murphy bed in the living area, the apartment sleeps four comfortably.
