This cozy home is filled with warmth and sunshine, offering a serene escape for your next getaway. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a welcoming living room with a cozy wood fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen with ample seating. The main floor also features a bedroom with a twin bed and an inviting electric fireplace, as well as a full bathroom complete with a tub/shower. As you ascend to the upper level, you'll discover two more bedrooms - one boasting a luxurious king bed and the other offering a king bed with a twin trundle bed, both with mini-split AC units. These rooms share a bathroom equipped with a spacious shower. Outside, the fully screened porch beckons you to unwind amidst the tranquil setting, with a gas grill, picnic table, and comfortable sun chairs. Additionally, the property includes a small fenced area, perfect for accommodating pets.
