  • This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Southwest Colorado, also known as the Four Corners (CO, NM, UT, AZ). Our home is located in the Forest Lakes community nestled amongst the towering Ponderosa Pines and has the feel of a mountain cabin with a wood burning fireplace. Inside, guests find two queen beds and one full bed, along with a cozy office space featuring a sofa bed. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one equipped with a bidet and both include a hair dryer, towels, body soap, and shampoo & conditioner for added comfort. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or working remotely, the welcoming atmosphere makes every moment enjoyable. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. We are located about 25 min to Sky Ute Casino, 30 minutes to Durango, 45 minutes to Pagosa Springs, 7 miles to Vallecito Reservoir, 1 hour to Purgatory Ski Resort, 1 hour 30 min to Wolf Creek Ski Area and 1 hour 45 min to Mesa Verde National Park.

The pictures don’t do it justice! This house was clean (smells and surfaces) and was perfect staging for our family to attend our daughter’s wedding. The office space held all wedding supplies and we used all of the bedrooms. We saw lots of deer in the yard and neighborhood. 10-15 minutes to Bayfield, 20 minutes to Vallecito and 30 minutes to Durango. We love the area and I was happy to find this place.
