Loved, loved, loved the A-frame cabin in the woods. The back deck is amazing for star gazing. Big trees. Very quiet. The house had everything we needed. It's close to Pagosa Springs and Durango, but away from the tourist crowds. Two bathrooms made is comfortable for our group. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. We love Colorado
House was good for the price. Easy communication with host. Only problem was dirty dishes that had to be washed before we used! Nice house if you want to be disconnected very poor phone service.
Loved this cabin and its location. It's conveniently close to both Durango and Pagosa Springs, but out of the way enough to be very quiet and peacful and to see a lot of wildlife outside. I particularly appreciated the fact that there are miles and miles of hiking trails extending out of the neighborhood. We stayed for five nights, and were feeling pretty settled in by the end. As far as checking in and communication went, the host was extremely responsive and helpful. It did seem like the dishwasher maybe wasn't so great, as a lot of the dishes felt like they could have been cleaner, and we ended up just washing everything by hand to make sure. Other than that, everything else was good and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
