A long, narrow driveway welcomes you to the property with ample parking for multiple vehicles. Priceless Views!

The views are priceless! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of room. The living room was comfortable. Loved the master bath! The WiFi worked well, no issues. The location of the house was also a plus.

Breathtaking Views with Stellar Natural Light

Unfortunately, the weather for our stay was a bit dreary but nonetheless spectacular. Hosts were kind enough to send us ideas of things to do, and directions were great! Beds are super comfy, kitchen is well equipped, the home is well laid out. I will say/caution the driveway is quite steep so please take caution in low cars and low-light.

We stayed at this home for my husband's birthday Wed thru Sun. It was a wonderful place leaving us wanting for nothing more. The game room kept us quite busy with tournaments:) The hot tub in the garage was perfect for warming up after sitting on the porch. Thank you for a wonderful home where we enjoyed our get away.

Beautiful Home But...

The house is beautiful!! It was spacious for all seven of us. The view was fantastic. We had a great time. Once we got heat, which is in the floor, in the primary living area it was comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms don't have heat, so they stayed cold the whole week. The heat registers on the walls in the bedrooms don't work. The beds were ridiculously hard/firm. Our shoulders and hips hurt each morning. We had looked forward to the hot tub and tried to use it a couple times. Unfortunately, it would trip the breaker and there was a smell every time we tried to use it, so it was too unsafe to continue, so we turned it off for safety reasons. We loved the house, but the lack of heat, the hard bed mattresses, and the fire hazard hot tub were problems, so we won't be renting it again.

Not as advertised and horrible customer service

The hot tub was not working, the heater was out - this would have been an issue that we would overlook but they waited for us to contact them first - knowing it wasn't working and then proceeded to say there would be no refunds for amenities not working - not 'what can we do to make up for it?' just sorry, not sorry. The Game room was lacking items needed to play certain games and we had to wait until the second day for them to replace them. The fire pit was out of propane and then when delivered the next day - we realized the knob that is needed to keep it on was also missing. The property itself is gorgeous - so much potential for an amazing 5-star stay - but the property managers are piss-poor at best, argumentative, and condescending. I would not go back.

Great view

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with amazing view of the bay. The whole house was very well equipped. The game room in the basement was so fun, providing activities for everyone. The garage also had so many toys to play with. House was pretty clean and spacious. The host is very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a very warm day when we arrived and the host had fans going by the windows in the house, but I still found it to be too stuffy and hot. The living room gets direct sunlight with very little airflow. All the bedrooms have windows that open so no problem staying cool in there. The beds are not the most comfortable either. I think it was too windy to use the gas fire pit on the desk because it kept going off. After having to reignite a couple times, we just gave up. The hot tub stopped working within minutes of use, and there was a loud screeching noise you could hear in the next door bedroom when master shower was in use. The host let me know that a technician is coming out to fix the hot tub and the screeching noise from the bathroom is normal. Again, he is very quick to respond and resolve any issues that may arise. Overall, my family enjoyed staying in this house. I might look for a place closer to the beach next time, but if you don’t mind driving to the beach and just want to enjoy the view from a distance, this house will be great.

Bay View Villa

This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as great as the first! We love the open layout and the game room downstairs—it’s perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The house sits at the top of a hill, offering stunning views of the Bay. The location is ideal—just 10 to 15 minutes from the main Tillamook area and about 30 minutes from Sand Lake. This time, we brought our toys with us, which made the trip even better. It was great to spend a few hours at Sand Lake and then come back to unwind at the house. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and well-located getaway! Highly recommend booking directly through the ITRIP site.

Quiet and spectacular

2nd exceptional stay with with iTrip Vacations Northwest. Property as advertised, clean, spotless upon arrival and no problems with check in. Open floor plan, kitchen and living room together in large open area very convenient for cooking meals, playing games, watching television and enjoying each other's company. Easy access off the highway and far enough away that road noise and traffic was no concern. Great access to grocery stores in Tillamook and multiple dining and exploring options within easy driving distance. Outstanding communication from iTrip. Clear and friendly communication, excellent check in and check out process. iTrip is the best! Highly recommend and will definitely stay with them again.

Beautiful Bay View Villa

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and comfortable and spotlessly clean, not to mention the amazing views. Our first morning we awoke to a lot of mist and fog but it still felt magical because of the slight elevation on a hill. It almost felt like we were in a very fancy tree house. The other days we were able to see beautiful sunsets over the bay. Location is close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. While we were there we spotted what we think were two coyotes, deer laying in a nearby yard, and some huge and interesting slugs outside. We arrived at night and it was a little hard to find at first, but the directions were very detailed and it didn't take long before we were able to figure it out. The roads in the area and the driveway are quite steep, but that is also why it has such nice views. The outdoor light near the front door wasn't working but probably just needs a new light bulb. The interior lights were amazing. They were very cozy and muted and it did take me a bit to find the little slider things on the sides of some of the switches and realize they had dimmers on them. I loved that you could so easily adjust the lights throughout the day and leave them on the lowest setting for overnight trips to the kitchen. No issues with any of the appliances we used. The dishwasher was so quiet, I had to check to make sure I had actually turned it on. We slept in the room with the King bed. It was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. For both of us. Usually at least one of us has issues getting comfortable when we are away from home, but not here! If there is any way that someone could reach out or reply to this review with information on exactly what kind of bed that was, we would be hugely appreciative as we have been looking for a new bed for some time with no luck finding one that fits both of our needs. Thank you so much for an amazing stay and beautiful memories!!!

Fabulous home

This home is fabulous. We are nurses and we’re very impressed with the cleanliness here. The home is ideally located to explore the northern Oregon coast. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. And the sunsets across the bay! Oh my! We would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to come back.

ALMOST PERFECT!

Except for the random burnt out lightbulbs, hot tub in the garage, and unwillingness to allow a late check-out (lol), we were VERY PLEASED with this home!!!! The negatives did NOT outweigh the positives! The layout - the kitchen - the deck - the VIEW - the immediate response from customer care - and SO MUCH MORE! We will be back!

Bachelorette trip

This was a beautiful and peaceful location to have my bachelorette. It is very spacious & perfectly accommodated 8 girls. The views are spectacular from morning to night and the deck is perfect to sit out and relax on. I loved how spacious the kitchen and dining areas were. My group was able to cook dinner each night and enjoy time together at the table. 10/10 house and location.
