"We'd never stayed at Arch Cape before - we loved it. This is a beautiful beach and just a few minutes from Cannon Beach, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. We were able to bring our dogs and the beach was just a house down to the trail. This is a beautiful property and we have already rebooked."

"We stayed 3 nights with 5 adults (young parents and grandparents), 4 children ages 4-8, and one dog. The house is so comfortable and set up well for large group cooking and gathering. The beach is just across the street, and although it was a rainy few days, we enjoyed playing games, doing puzzles and watching the beach activities with the binoculars. When we were on the beach, it was just a quick dash back to the house when the rain got to be too much! The garage space is a great transition...

"New home with great “open” layout. Right on the water with places to sit inside or outside (covered in case of rain) to enjoy the view. Great kitchen for large groups with two dishwashers, large fridge, plenty of dishes, etc. Near to town. Although a little more than other properties, it’s worth it and I would definitely stay here again."

Access to the beach was conveniently close, including from the property. We watched sunsets from the deck. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner accommodated a request for a late check-out. "This was a great little room. It was nice and bright. Beds are comfortable, but squeaky. It’s not a kitchenette. The dishes that the listing mentions are just mugs. The shower and sink gets nice and hot. Very comfortable shower. LOVE the proximity to the beach."

"The Home was cozy and the fire on the roof top deck was so nice! You cannot beat the view from up there! Lori was so responsive to any questions I had and very kind. She took the time to write out some fun things for us to check out in the area, which was very sweet. The little town of Oceanside is so wonderful, everyone is friendly and the beach is beautiful!"

"This place definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to find and when we showed up, everything was very clean. The view from the entire house of the coastline is absolutely stunning. The upstairs loft was extremely comfortable to watch movies with the family and sip coffee in the morning while looking at the beautiful views. The back deck was extremely large and had lots of room for the kids to play. I would highly recommend this place and we definitely plan on coming back."

"My daughter and I needed a place to stay for the night. Very last-minute travel change. There was no problem renting and was even allowed early check-in. This was very much appreciated as the weather was very wet. We were allowed access to the property immediately and we didn't have to find some other temporary shelter from the weather when we arrived in town. The house was perfect for our needs, was very clean and thoughtfully appointed."

"Cute house. Nicely appointed kitchen. No outdoor grill or AC which usually isn’t a problem at the beach but with missing screens and 80 degrees we were glad we brought a fan. It would have been nice if there were fans at the property. No TV downstairs and glad we brought our Bluetooth speaker. Fast internet connection. Needed a car for all trips to the beach and for supplies. Very quiet. Comfy beds. We mostly were talking, reading letters that our parents had written aloud to each other,...

"Right on the beach. Loved we could walk over and grab happy hour (gluten free clam chowder). Local bakery had a few gluten free options. The kitchen had most of the basics. If you plan on cooking plan accordingly. Would rent again."

"This place needs an update in their furniture. The furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on in the seating area. The dishwasher needs to be repaired. It didn’t dry the dishes completely."
