"Beautiful, immaculate well appointed house in a very quiet area along the shores of Lake Memphremagog. Incredible views into Canada, room for everybody, and very easy to get to Newport Center by car or boat. The owner does rent his boat via Boatsetter.com, so that’s a plus. One really nice thing is the beds. They have firm, newer mattresses and soft high quality bedding. This is not your typical scratchy cottage sleep experience. Very very nice. Lots of fire flies at night and a fire pit for making smores. Great for stargazing on clear nights. The AC was most appreciated during the latest heatwave."

"We had a lovely stay! There were 6 of us, a toddler, and a dog and the house accomodated us perfectly. The beachy area was a little overgrown, but definitely not unbearable. The weather held out and we were able to kayak and canoe for the entire day. We wandered into town one afternoon and got some ice cream from Tim and Dougs which was delicious! The house was clean, roomy, and had all of the kitchen equipment needed to prepare all of our meals. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise and making our friend reunion so much better!"
"Really lovely little house! Cute and really well appointed. Clean as heck.My mother would like people to know that if you have mobility impairments the bathroom is downstairs, so if you need to wake up at night, take that into consideration."
"Loved our June stay here. Cozy and clean with comfortable beds. The sauna was awesome too. Only got to have breakfast at the hotel but that was the best thing I had my whole time in VT!"

"This is the most darling cottage on a beautiful quiet lake. Everything about the rental met or exceeded our expectations. Wish it had been a bit warmer out so we could do more swimming."
