"Out of 5 stars I'd give it 10!!!! The view is STUNNING, the Private Beach/Boathouse/Deck is out of this world! Felt like we were at a fancy beachside restaurant that we didn't have to leave!! It was previous reviews about Liz being a wonderful host that convinced us to book & they are all true!!! "Everything we could have hoped for. No detail has been over looked. The property is beautiful, all the rooms are cozy and restful. Quality linen everywhere for snuggling. A deep bath fro smoking your cares away. Outdoor entertainment area was beautiful in the autumn sun. A very short walk to some amazing shopping and food. We all left recharged and ready to book again."

"What a great place. Perfect for our family group of 8 adults and two pre schoolers and so close to a brilliant beach. Bonus for our UK family to see kangaroos on the nature strip a few houses down the road. Such a shame we could only stay one night due to our itinerary. Definitely recommend this property. "The house was large with excellent equipment. Provisions were generous and everything worked well. The only drawback was the location over a small gully it overlooked a secondary motorway. This wasn’t evident from the online photos. Those of us who lived in noisy city locations were concerned but the others weren’t. The suburb was quiet with a good standard of housing."

"A good place for a large group of people. The lounge had plenty of space to sit around and the dining table accommodated all of us. It was well equipped in the kitchen, except for the microwave, which didn't work. There was plenty of heating for cooler weather and all the beds were very comfortable. The only comment I would make is that the hand basin in the shared bathroom was too small but otherwise it was adequate. "The most perfect location for our 4 generations of family. Very spacious house with lots of room for 8 people. There is way too much stuff in the house which made it hard to keep it tidy as we had to leave all our food on the kitchen counter. We also had to put a lot of ornaments away and then bring them back out as we were leaving. Overall a great holiday destination only metres from the beach."
