Ambiguous listing

Photos of the property focused more on the jacuzzi than the layout of the living area. Photos of bedrooms then bathroom appeared that they were next to each other. But bedrooms were upstairs in the attic and bathroom was downstairs 21 steep stairs down, not safe for nighttime visits to bathroom. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. But the 4 knives provided were dangerously Dull! Communication with owner was limited, any questions we had, were not answered completely before we arrived, and owner didn’t seem interested in welcoming us at all!Or checking that we had all that we needed, the house was ver difficult to find. When we contacted home to help us find the house he seemed put off. Very ambiguous listing and ghost host/ owner!
