resort staff were excellent and the general manager andri was excellent help, we were treated very well, they helped us out a lot and will go back there again

This hotel is pretty much heaven on earth! Loved every second I was there! The only downside was that I had to go home.

We only stayed one night as we were heading across to Nusa Lembongen but this little gem started our holiday off in the best way! Attentive and friendly staff, our room (family) was beautiful. Our 3 teenage boys slept upstairs and the decor and facilities of the room were top notch. The bathroom was gorgeous! We also made use of the complimentary 15 min massages which were wonderful. We ordered a late lunch and the Nasi goreng was delish and Bintangs icy cold. It is just a lane way from Sanur's...

Stayed in Villa Ayana. Clean and modern - but they are relatively new villas. I do hope they keep them maintained. Has everything you need. Water pressure was a little alarming at first but it just takes a while before the pressure kicks in. My advice, start the shower and then brush your teeth while you wait. It will seem ok at first and go to a drizzle and then the pressure comes back. Staff are wonderful, helpful and attentive. When our son had a fever and we required a doctor, they contacted...

We stayed here with a family of 5. Nice safe and quiet location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just be prepared for a bit of travel time into Ubud. But we walked along the beach and found some amazing little restaurants on the water

Awsome helpful staff

My husband and I have just returned home from a beautiful stay at Theanna Eco Villa and Spa. We booked the Aine One Bedroom Pool Villa which was amazing, so spacious, new and modern with a fab plunge pool which we had a floating brekkie in one morning - highly recommend. There's also a main pool and restaurant with excellent food. The staff were so lovely and friendly, and the free shuttles to Old Man's and into Seminyak were a great added touch. We also loved using the free bikes to explore...

Both My wife and our 2 friends were very impressed with the villas. The staff were fantastic and nothing was any trouble. It's surroundings were simply stunning. The gardens and pool were beautiful. Andy, our butler, cooked us breakfast every morning. If we didn't like something, he would sought it straight away. The only negative we could find was the traffic, if you wanted to go to Seminyak Square or to anywhere else the streets are small and the traffic congested. This is of course no fault...

Lovely place to stay. We stayed in a Bungalow for 7 day s and loved every minute. Quiet and private accomodation. The staff were outstanding. They could not help us enough. They made tour bookings, transport bookings, recommended eateries and if they couldn't help us they asked one of their extended family to step in. It was fantastic. It was overall a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend it and we will be back.

Beautiful villa, staff sensational and would recommend to anyone seeking privacy, a quality villa and service. Not good for children, which is a haven for couples.

We had an amazing time. The service and communication were absolutely flawless - we cannot rate the staff highly enough. Some of our family were sick while there and the Bumbak team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The villa was beautiful and comfortable and our daily in-villa breakfast was delicious. We also had an in-villa spa day and a few separate massages during our trip, all of which was reasonably priced and wonderful. Something to note is that the location is...

The villa exceeded all our expectations and we felt like royalty staying at this superb villa! Everything was immaculate and clean as a whistle. Dipping into our private pool whenever we felt like it was a memorable experience. The housekeeper was fabulous and it was absolute luxury having our washing done each day. The beds were very comfortable and spacious, and it was difficult to choose between a shower in the bathroom or the outside shower. We will most definitely be back!

Great area, staff are amazing, close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Icon minutes walk.

Lovely staff, very polite and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. As the villa was situated to far to walk easily of a night, they would take us and then pick us up later. The Villa was very clean and true to the photos, outdoor living room and kitchen were lovely, a chef comes and cooks your breakfast in your outdoor kitchen. Very romantic, most suited for couples.

We had the best experience staying at Seminyak Icon. Location is great - the main street to Legian/Seminyak is a 2 min walk from the hotel. From the main street you can access the villa through an alley (short cut & very safe) however we noted when we took taxis back to the villa, they were not aware of this alleyway and would go all the way around to get to the villa which was usually double the price. We would recommend to take note of one of the shops next to the alley entrance and get...

The Light Exclusive Villas & SPA offer a caring, homely atmosphere. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that their guests have all they need to make their stay enjoyable.

We loved our villa - so clean and having our own private pool and entertaining area was amazing. Room service or eating in the restaurant was fantastic everyone is so friendly. Absolutely loved our stay - highly recommend and we will stay again.

Fantastic location. Very friendly staff Would definitely stay here again
