Great hotel if changing flights at KUL. Very close to T1 and with easy access to KLIA express for trip to T3 or quick jaunt into the city. Free buggy transfer from Level 2 of T1 to the hotel is a fun bonus, but the walk, in a covered walkway, is really just a few minutes. The hotel has a small convenience store near reception for any snacks or last minute needs. Staff helpful, pretty decent selection of stuff for breakfast, hotel clean and tidy, very accommodating to special requests for connecting rooms, infant cribs, and extra supplies of bottled water/coffee etc. A good kids club room with heaps of toys, colouring activities, and kiddy...

Luckily the manager on duty Hadi was very helpful, moved us to a corner room and I had more space and rest time after a long flight. Staff service in general is very good. My room attendant was very efficient and helpful too. The spa and rooftop pool is still under renovations. There's a sauna and steam room in the...
