"The place is poorly run. The AC is so loud you have to shut it off. The pool is not available most of the time to guests as the local swim school rents it out. The hot tub doesn’t work. Parking is expensive and an unadvertised expense. The staff is not competent and appear to be tired. I would never stay here again. "

"Street parking was easily accessible. The property was well maintained. You will be climbing lots of stairs from the street and to the 3rd floor. Lovely host. "

"Clean room, staff was good but amenities poor no fridge, coffee maker or microwave in the room. Advertised free on site parking, it was not. "

"A/C never went below 73 degrees. Front desk associate was not formal and did not set my room key properly. I then needed to come back to the desk and wait 30 minutes to be seen again. The desk associate seemed annoyed that i had a issue and another associate had to resolve the problem."

"Not enough towels and wash cloths. Living space is not comfortable. Living room only has a small unstable futon that is not comfortable. Kitchen chairs are unstable as well. Had to bring in outdoor chairs for some level of comfortable seating. Suggest: Sectional sofa in the living room would have been ideal. CONCERN: There is gas leak somewhere in the kitchen area. Please check to make sure the stove fixture can turn off adequately.Water heater is making a rattling noise.Otherwise, the space is nice, family friendly and the location is close to everything."
