"Loved the decor with the stone embedded in the walls. Very clean with well equipped bathroom. No coffee in the room (except for instant), but it does have tea and kettle. Couldn't quite figure out the heating?? Has a heated towel rack. Could detect a faint smell, perhaps of previous occupants who were smokers, despite the no-smoking sign at the front desk. The breakfast bar had a decent spread."

"Stalinist era building adjacent to Terminal 3. A gloomy place with bare minimum of furnishings and limited facilities. My back will never be the same after sleeping on the dreadful bed. Overpriced restaurant menu. I booked because it was cheaper - now I know why......"

"Difficult to figure out how to get picked up at airport and taken to the hotel only a kilometer away but someone called the hotel for me. It does cost 3 euros fee to get picked up. Otherwise, the hotel is quite good. Breakfast was a charge of 16 euros, which I skipped."

"The hotel is located some 25 mins from the centre of Prague and easily accessible by tram, with the tram stop right outside the hotel. There is also a car park at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with air con and electric blinds. Good choice of coffee in the room. The bed was large and very comfortable with number of pillows to choose from. We really enjoyed the breakfast, great choice, all fresh and tasty. We didnt eat at the restaurant, but it looked pretty busy both nights during our stay. I would recommend this hotel and found it to be a good value for money."

"The hotel is a short walk from Evropa Street, which offers convenient bus access, trams, and the metro. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and there were great options for breakfast in traditional Czech style. While the hotel and its breakfast were 5-star in my opinion, I cannot recommend the restaurant attached to the hotel (Ballon, I believe it is called), located opposite the hotel breakfast area, which is open for lunch and supper. The male staff there were incredibly rude, though the food was decent. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but that restaurant significantly affected our experience. I would not return there and cannot recommend it. Otherwise, if looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable hotel with a great breakfast, conveniently located near Prague transportation options, I highly recommend. "

"Absolutely fantastic! Goregous hotel rooms that are really spacious and well decorated. The room was in perfect condition and immaculate and this was maintained throughout our stay. The hotel itself is located perfectly to explore the city and the monuments around it, and so close to the tram too that takes you right to Charles Bridge. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!"
