"We stay at this Hotel often when we got to Kentucky, I gave them a 5 because I feel like they deserve it. If I had to add one negative it would just be the carpet needs to be cleaned."
"The breakfast items were delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable.
At first appearance, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room.
The shower door had streaking from cleaning, but this didn't bother me as i find it difficult to clean glass without leaving streaks. After showering, there was some water on the floor, so I wiped it up with a towel. The towel had black dirt from the floor where I wiped up the water. This surprised me and made me wonder what else I was not seeing. I wanted to leave a note, but there was no stationary to write on.
The noise level from the street was very loud at times, but this isn't the fault of the hotel.
The parking spaces in the garage were tight, which made it difficult to access, as both my wife and I are handicapped, so I parked on the street.
Overall I liked the hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable room. "
"Awesome property. Its a little older, but very clean, I stay there for work a couple of times a year. No bugs, Always clean, and is on the end of town that I really like. Very quite, cant hear the traffic."
Kentucky's Majestic Mountaintop Estate with pool: The Bluegrass Palace
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, comfortable beds and very nice linens and towels throughout. The features to the house were outstanding: hot tub, stage, wet bar in the stage area, theater room, huge patio with gas fireplaces, so many gathering and seating areas it was just so comfortable. Nice large kitchen with a LOT of dishes and cookware. RJ, the caretaker, was outstanding; his pride in the property was evident and his tour and orientation to the house didn't miss anything, he was there every day for any of out needs and always went way beyond what we have experienced with other rentals we have had. The grounds and house were beautiful and everyone enjoyed the accomodations. THE PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS HOUSE JUSTICE!!! It is so much more grand and spectacular in person, and a joy to stay there for the weekend. It was also a nice touch to have the Host call a couple of days in advance to make sure we were all set for our weekend, very helpful and made us feel welcome before we even got to the property."
