The facility is older and that is the only reason I gave 4 stars...with that being said, it is clean, the staff is always very friendly, and they have the best buffet breakfast (free) that I have had at a hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was great from beginning to end. The room was clean and ready for us. For the first time EVER the bathroom had 4 large towels. Two people stayed there and the towels are not meant to be change for 3 days had we stayed long. The breakfast was indeed hot and served by a delightful person who chatted and smiled for everyone. I have a couple suggestions. The hotel faces out onto two main roads but the main entrance is around back. Depressing look when coming up on it and they show it first on the description. It is only two floors but no elevator. Luckily we still do steps. Last, no pool. Small things but it effects overall appeal.

Parking pavement requires work. The room was excellent and the staff friendly. The breakfast was great with good choices and helpful service. One of the best choice of food in any hotel we have stayed at recently.

The room was clean and the bed was fantastic. However, the neighbors were extremely loud in the hall all hours of the night. I believe because the hotel is so close to the casino it allows for the party to continue all night long. I do admit it was extremely quiet once the people were in their rooms; it was just the hall that was noisy.

Excellent breakfast great place to go when you want to go to the casino very close. They have a shuttle but walking on a nice evening is great safe environment. Highly recommended.

We had a nice stay. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Could use updating. Carpeting is old and shows wear and tear over the years that some may mistake for dirty. Breakfast options a plus.

The water has a terrible smell in Battle Creek and taste, if you don't own your own vehicle it is hard to get around town Lyfts are hard to get. On the low and end you will wait 30 minutes to 2 hours. The hotel had a warm breakfast sausages, egg, bacon, waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit, coffee, water, juice and cereal. I like that the living room is separate in case you have children or want some alone time.

Close to casino and a great value. The place was clean. The staff were great including the van driver who will transport you to the casino back and forth until 2:00 am. Breakfast is included. They have an onsite seafood restaurant but we didn’t try it.

Great Value
This is our second stay at this Quality Inn. The staff is exceptional, everyone was very friendly. I love the towels there and the cleanliness is good. Could use an update to the carpets and drapes, but the rooms were clean. The breakfast is served to you , which I appreciate and like the attention to keeping the food hot, stocked and free of extra germs. Will stay again- Plus the free shuttle is an added bonus. The restaurant has top notch food. So many pluses along with the lower cost than the casino.
