The staff was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable, they really made our stay outstanding. Our service in the restaurant for breakfast could not have been better, our waitress was friendly, professional and prompt, food was cooked to expectation and the restaurant itself, was very clean.

Happy with the stay
We have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The hotel has always been clean and taken care of.

The breakfast, for $13, was beyond belief. Nothing on the buffet was even worth $3 let alone $13 The chicken tenders were over done and what there was of anything else was hog slop. Not that I would feed it to my pigs. Worst breakfast ever thank goodness we left and ate elsewhere.

Kim, a front-desk staff member, is EXTRAORDINARY – so kind and welcoming! And she gave me a great tip on where to hang out and have a drink, because I don't know the area at all. All of your staff are friendly and were so pleasant, every time I encountered them.

Ok Not the Best!
The appearance of the room from the photos looked very different in reality. Not bad however outdated rooms needs uogrades. There was no usb outlets in the rooms at all. They booked me in a room that was a handicapped room whenI never asked for it, and the water in the shower took 5 min to heat up and water leaked all over the bathroom floor because it was for wheelchair assessibility. Was disappointed.

Had a large group stay for a softball tournament. Some people received breakfast vouchers but others were expected to pay. We were woken up from someone trying to enter our room around 11pm. The staff gave out keys to someone checking in to our room. Thankfully our safety lock was closed so they didn’t make it in. A hour prior to that our daughter was in there watching tv while we were on patio with other parents. Thankfully the person didn’t check in before we returned to our room. The staff apologized but offered nothing but a apology and really didn’t seem very concerned with the situation.
