"I booked my stay through hotels.com and paid the hotel in advance. However, the hotel charged me full price when I checked out. I have emailed the hotel and they say they haven't received a payment before. They told me to send a proof of payment, which I did. I sent them a detailed receipt but they said it wasn't enough.
