Breezy Palms on the Bay! Dolphins, Pools, Beach

"This unit was nice. It could use a few more amenities. Kitchen was sparse, a quick trip to Walmart and probably under 100 would take care of this. Kitchen towels, pizza cutter, bread board, tongs, can opener, coffee filters to name a few. No ramp for handicap access (we did not request handicap) Building B, where our friends stayed did have a ramp. Beds were comfortable, nice unit layout, close enough to pool & beach. Overall we had a pleasant stay."

"We had an excellent experience in the cozy Condo. The check in process was explained well, and easy to follow. The Condo was clean and in good condition. We were so glad to see beach chairs and towels provided. Communication was excellent! We had a great vacation!"

"The room itself was mostly nice. The bed was very creaky. Bathroom tiles were a little loose. Patio door was insanely hard to lock. We had to change our door key twice and food got cold because we had to go through after hours. Our neighbors above us were smoking cigarettes and pot and dropping ashes on our patio table and chairs. Location was great. Room was well cleaned though"

"Had a really nice trip! The host was quick to respond and was very accommodating, and being able to walk right outside to the beach was so nice. Since it’s located slightly inland on the coast, there weren’t much waves, so this would be a great beach to swim with kids."

"The space was smelly, cigarette smoke, etc...couch looked over used, ....other than that, clearer info to property would have been great. But the location/ beach exceed my imagination. Communication from host,property mgmt., could have been better, I was told they haven't been there and I should just get off the phone, focus and should find it. I eventually found itband a lady walking her dog further helped me. Then inside finding my space # was challenging coming from the elevator, a gentleman helped me. . It all obviously worked out, but clearer and concise information would definitely have been appreciated."

"What a wonderful time, Lori was a wonderful host and more than happy to show us the island. We spent each moring having breakfast on the deck of the boat. Each evening we bought fresh daily caught seafood from the market at the top of the stairs and had dinner on the deck. The dolphins were present on a daily basis and the otters were always a delight to see. The sunrises on the marsh were spectacular and the sunsets even better. If you are looking to unwind and enjoy a slower pace in a special place, I cannot recommend this property more. Maybe it's time that you do the TybeeSLOWWWWWWW, thing."

"It needs better signs to help navigate the property along with elevator signs. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Microwave didn’t work along with the garbage disposal. But we will would definitely go back to this same condo. Absolutely loved it."
