Conveniently situated on the vibrant Third Street, the location boasts a range of offerings, including outstanding restaurants, captivating nightlife venues, enriching museums, captivating art scenes, and cultural and historic experiences.

This high rise apartment located on the 7th floors has outstanding views of downtown Baton Rouge with every connivence within walking distance. Each bedroom has a queen bed, with the main bedroom featuring an en suite bathroom. Luggage rack and iron and ironing board available to use.
