"Had a fantastic stay. Was down in Baton Rouge for class and so glad we chose Bally's! Thank y'all for a great stay and a huge thanks to the valet parking for taking great care of my truck. You guys Rock!!"

"Not many choices on Tuesday night for dining. Our room had a nice view of the River and was very quiet. The carpet need a good cleaning."

"The room was not prepared when we arrived.We were charg d 25 dollars more for early check-in and needed towels,more toilet paper,and door was open .The soap in shower was almost empty.I was really disappointed .I had higher expectations."

"Breakfast was very good. Other things not so good. Thermostat didn’t work. There was a stain running down the side of the bed that looked like vomit. No cups in bathroom. Bathroom very tiny with no counter space. Tub was old looking with moldy corners and broken drain stopper rolling around the tub. And be prepared for an unusual amount of extremely loud horrible truck noise in the middle of the night. I don’t understand why it was so noisy. I don’t know if the windows are thin, but it was horrible."

"Love the location - nearby to the airport and many eateries and allows for ease of the highway. They've maintained the hotel very well and have great staff. The only minor issue was w/ the breakfast. It is seemingly not as it used to be."

"Internet great basketball court with clean pool breakfast my husband wished there would have been the waffles everyday pull out couch clean and comfortable loved that it's had a kitchen booked this due to our son's surgery very close to the groove hospital / surgery center walking distance to tx road house and pedros Mexican food Walmart many stores and the mall all right there perfect spot in our opinion we will use them again "
