We needed something close to the hospital. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It could Plenty of eateries near by. Owner was very prompt in communication.

Great place!

Very surprisingly pleasant! Only complaint is that the AC is very slow/semi-unresponsive. Couldn’t get it much cooler than 71-72 in there. Otherwise it was great!

In both bathrooms the baseboards weren’t clean, dusty and hair on them. The rugs weren’t really freshly cleaned. In the bunk bed room spider on cover. It was nice, but more attention needs to be paid to the cleaners in some areas.

Stayed here after an LSU night game so was here only a short while. There was dust and hair all over the baseboards and behind the bathroom doors. The drain for the shower was definitely clogged. AC did not get the apartment below 75 degrees. The queen size bed had cinderblocks underneath to hold it up because it was definitely broken. This place was find to sleep for our very short stay, but I would not have wanted to stay longer.

Bunkbed needs a new mattress. The middle of it is sunken in. The microwave door is broken. The towels were still wet. We re-washed and dried the towels. There was no extra rolls of tp.
