Welcome to The Corner House! Located just a 10-minute walk from very central Bath, you'll have all of the best attractions, restaurants and shops at your fingertips, with a stunning base to call home for your stay.
With three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen, this house is perfect for up to 6 guests. It also benefits from 1 undercover parking spaces in a gated development – a unique luxury for such a great location!
The Space:
PARKING
The house is situated in a small gated development and has the benefit of 1 undercover parking space – definitely a rarity for central Bath!
LIVING ROOM
As you enter the property at ground level, there is the first of two living rooms complete with plenty of comfy seating and a smart TV to watch all of your favourite shows!
BEDROOM 1
Also on the ground level is bedroom 1, a spacious room with a comfy super king-sized bed adorned in crisp white linen. There is plenty of storage space for your belongings and this bedroom also benefits from an en suite shower room complete with a WC, basin and walk-in shower.
KITCHEN/ DINER
Upstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and hob. The first floor is open-plan and features the second living area, dining table and kitchen as well as access onto the private patio garden.
BEDROOM 2
Bedroom 2 and 3 are both on the third floor. Bedroom 2 is a twin room and again benefits from an en-suite featuring a WC, basin and bath tub.
BEDROOM 3
Bedroom 3 features a comfy king-sized bed and plenty of storage for your belongings. Bedroom 3's en-suite features a WC, basin and walk-in shower.
Fluffy white towels and crisp white linen will be provided for your stay.
Guest Access:
You'll have the entire home to yourself. We have one free space for underground parking in a gated community.
You must be able to climb stairs as the property is spread over three floors.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the new Walcot Yard development, the house is only a 10-minute walk into very central Bath where you'll have an array of shops, restaurants and bars at your fingertips!
Walcot street itself is the heart of Baths ‘Artisan Quarter’ with many quirky shops and cafes, such as Walcot House, nearby.
Once in town, you can catch a bus to surrounding towns/ villages and Bath Spa train station also has excellent links to Westbury, Frome and Bristol!
The house is located behind Walcot House and in the heart of Bath's Artisan Quarter. Being so centrally located, there is a potential for noise at weekends but nothing excessive.
Getting Around:
The property comes with a designated parking space (number 2) for you to use if coming by car. Being a small city, the best way to see Bath is on foot!
Bath has Uber.
Other Things to Note:
The house is near to Walcot House which is a nightclub. This should not disturb your stay but due to the central location there is the potential for noise.
We have one free space for underground parking in a gated community.

The Cornerhouse is a spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped property within walking distance of shops, restaurants, attractions and all that Bath has to offer. Each bedroom has ensuite facilities which is a bonus. Highly recommended!
Our family spent Christmas weekend here and loved every minute of our stay at this lovely home.
The location is perfect for exploring Bath: easy walking distance to the train station as well as all of the major highlights of this beautiful city.
It is next to a night club, so there was some noise on a couple of the nights we stayed, but it didn't bother us.
There was plenty of room for our family, and the rooms felt spacious and luxurious.
The fireplace was the perfect touch for cozy evenings playing games and doing puzzles.
Thank you for a Christmas we'll never forget!

Close to town
After not getting parking instructions, we had a hard time finding the place. Once we had instructions, it was easy. Great parking. Beautiful home in a new development. Great welcome basket upon arrival. Located 20 yards from us was a bar/nightclub. I expected noise at night, but being awaken by kegs and glass bottles being thrown away was a surprise. Each room had its own en suite, which was amazing. Lots of steep stairs. Possibly a fall hazard for toddlers or mobility limited elders. Great kitchen with ample supplies. Living room couch was a little uncomfortable. Great dining space. Great for board games! Overall, enjoyed our stay
