Good Value for Money and Great Location
Great location in between Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square (BCS) Mall. Staff is friendly, room is comfortable although not very well soundproofed. Breakfast is not worth waking up for though.

Location is real good. Street food is just right in front of the hotel, A2 food court right opposite, in between BCS and Grand Batam. Rooms are simple. Just that the hair dryer is always not available and you have to pay for the additional keycard if you are sraying in a double room.

Staff is friendly and room is spacious and clean. Aircon is powerful and service is top notch. This hotel is busy and cannot accommodate late check out.

Comfy stay
Good location to shop and eat. Got a early free check in as the family room was available. Room was very big and comfortable. 2nd time staying at Lovinna Inn. Will definitely recommend to family and friends

Overall stay was barely okay. We checked in quite late around 10:30 pm and intended to leave around 10:00am the next morning. We were tired after running a whole day errands. After undressed to shower and found the body gel dispenser was empty, there was no hand soap for substitute neither. Fortunately the shower water was strong and hot that we could rinse ourselves thoroughly. After shower, we found no toiletries for brushing teeth. We would not expect all these should we were not informed by the hotel website upon booking the room. Again we could only just rinse our mouth without brushing for the night and the next morning. Alright, let's enjoy our paid breakfast for 2 before checking out. The restaurant is quite a small one. But we were more surprised with the menu items being served and they were : Hot Coffee & Tea, Orange Syrup drink, few boiled eggs, packets of Nasi Lemak , white bread for toasting and those were all the food for an expected sumptuous buffet breakfast as advertised on the website............ what else???????????

As usual the hotel staff and services are excellence and the room is clean, quiet and comfortable, located very convenient to a large and busy shopping mall with cinema.

Horrible treatment
The hotel i think had an internal arrangement for grab drivers not to pick us up. They only wanted their own drivers doing that so that they can mark up the price 4 times the actual amount!! I mean thats how they can earn the $$ i suppose. Not happy with that at all

Next to Batam Market, eatery, BCS Mall
Room without window, small till shower head above toilet bowl. Bed not comfortable but still acceptable. No swim pool. Not for fussy stayers. This hotel Lovina Inn have a few branch around Batam. Mine stay is LOVINA INN PENUIN. The doorman is great and good. Please tip him if possible.
