"Our room was infested with ants, we had to change rooms 3 times because of that. My friend forgot her heels in one of the rooms and we were allowed to go look for them once they finished cleaning the rooms but they weren’t there anymore. The staff refused to help us with anything except for the bellhop, he was the only kind person at that hotel. Would never go back again. "

"Seems like a very new hotel, everything felt new including the towels. Staff was very good and helpful. Nice pool area. Ca 10 min walk down to the Riva and only 40 meter from a lovely restaurant. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Bol again."

I'd recommend not getting your own car. If you're staying here as parking is generally tough and we'll need to be booked in advance with the hotel as they have limited parking spaces. Sadly, we were not made aware of this and had to try and find parking outside."
