We hiked on a number of the nearby developed trails, and enjoyed dinners at several restaurants with 30 minutes or so. (caution - note that numerous restaurants are closed Mondays and/or Tuesdays, and reservations are important)"

"This was the perfect getaway for our family. We had direct access to the water (including dock, so our family could cruise by and grab us for a day on the lake!) The owners were very warm and welcoming, communicating with us before and during our time spent there to make sure everything was to our liking. I spent many days in the area during my childhood, and it was nice to see this former motel turned into such a cute upgraded property! Would stay again."
