Huge house, great location!

Great week at the lake!

This was our 3rd year at this property and our 15th year spending a week at Bass Lake. We had a wonderful time and love the big deck to relax on and the proximity to the boat dock!

Great Large Cabin with an Amazing Location

We’ve stayed in this cabin now for four years in a row. It is huge with seven bedrooms and a great location. You can walk to the dock where there’s a slip for you if you have a boat. Nikki is a great host and always answers any questions quickly!

Amazing Vacation Home!

This home is perfect for large families to vacation together! We had a blast and created a bunch of memories on the large deck. Nikki was extremely responsive with questions and made our stay perfect! We can’t wait to stay here next year!

Perfect Family House

House was the perfect location less than a block from the lake with a great community dock. House was also a great size with multiple common spaces for allll the people.

Always great

Always a great cabin for our family. Lots of room with a great deck to spend evenings and mornings. I would note that it does not have central AC but two large portable AC units.

Bass Lake 2019

The Thomas home was wonderful. We had plenty of rooms and with 5 baths cleaning up after a day at the lake was easy. The porch was the best part and we spent most of our meals outside.

Great Location, big house

Close to dock, great location, and quite big. Owners were great to deal with and very strait forward. A few minor items (bathroom door locks) need attention but most older places in Bass Lake are similar, didn't slow us down from having a good time! Recommended

Amazing Vacation Home!

We were so thrilled to find a home that was large enough to hold our big group for our family trip. Nikki was always quick to respond to all questions, which made preparing for the trip stress free. We have already booked the same house for our vacation next summer because it worked so well! We can't wait to come back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Annual Lake Trip

This is our third year at this property. We love the location - it's a short walk to the lake. There is plenty of room for parking. There are many bedrooms and bathrooms, which are great for big groups. The best spot in the house is the outdoor deck. It was the hottest year at the lake so far. So that was challenging, but we still had an amazing week. Nikki is by far the best host we have worked with. We cannot wait for next year's trip!

Annual Bass Lake Trip

This is our second year at this property. There is so much space for a large group - with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is great, just a short walk to the lake. There is plenty of room for parking. The deck is one of our favorite things about this property. It's a great spot to hang out. And, Nikki is amazing - one if the best owners we have interacted with. We cannot wait for next year!

It's our home away from home!

We have been going to Bass Lake and staying in this cabin every year for the last 13 years. We return every year because we've come to cherish it as our own, if only for the week we are there. So many nice attributes. We love that there is room for everyone. We love the two well stocked kitchens and the huge covered porch that we all love to spend time on. We would recommend it to anyone--just not during our week. :)

Best vacation in years!!

This house was perfect for our goal of blending our two families of adult children/spouses and grandchildren. The layout allowed the children to have the top floor, the childless couples to have the quiet bottom floor, and the grandparents enjoyed the main floor. We were delighted with three refrigerators and all of the appliances. Hands down, our favorite place was the huge outdoor patio. We could walk to the dock in minutes and float or hop on a pontoon boat we rented. We had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was prompt and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home for a large group

Every other year my family has a reunion at Bass Lake. This is the third year that we have rented this home and we will probably rent it again next time. It is a wonderful home for a large group. There are seven bedrooms one of which is a bunk room with four beds. Plenty of room for a large group like ours. They have added air conditioning units to many of the rooms which was great. It would have been nice to have one or two units in the connected two bedroom suite which can get a little warm but otherwise everything inside the house was great. We love to hang out on the big front deck which is big enough for us all to sit down together for dinners. And it is a short walk to the dock where we spent most of our time hanging out. Nikki the host was wonderful and very responsive to messages I sent. All in all, a great rental for a large group.

Great home great location

This house has lots of space and the covered porch was the perfect place to relax any time, day or night. The property manager was very responsive to all questions. We put the garbage out the night before and in less than 5 minutes we had a huge bear ripping through the cans. Also, you can only access the downstairs apartment from the outside. This wasn’t a problem but it was a surprise for us. The kitchen is very well stocked. One of the apartment bedrooms has a very low ceiling but it was still a great house

Yearly Bass Lake Trip

What a great property! There's plenty of space for large groups. Having seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two living rooms made the house nice and comfortable. The parking situation was ideal - room for many vehicles. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The location was perfect - the boat slip/lake was just an easy, short walk from the house. Our favorite part of the house - the outdoor deck. It was an amazing hang out spot. The pictures do not do it justice. We have been renting houses at Bass Lake for over a decade, and Nikki was by far the best owner I have dealt with. She was so patient and responsive with all of my questions. We cannot wait for next summer!

Fun at Bass Lake

My husband and I, our sons and their families stayed at this property the first week of June, 2021. We also had my sisters and neices stay for a couple of nights. There was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the house, especially the large deck. My son brought his boat and it was so nice to have a dedicated slip at the community dock. It was a two minute walk to the deck so it was very convenient. We spent alot of time at the dock. One of the grandkids favorite things was jumping off the dock into the water and of course spending time on the boat. We also visited Yosemite and rode the train at Sugarpine Railroad and the kids panned for gold there. Oakhurst was so close for groceries. We ate dinner at Ducey's on the Lake on our last night there. The food and atmosphere was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this property, especially for a large family. The thing that took it over the top was the amount of parking available. We were able to fit all of our cars, a total of six, plus the boat trailer with no problem. Thank you Nikki, you were so wonderful to work with through the entire process of renting your home. Michael and Jill Hale
