"Centrally located in Assisi. Easy to go to all churches in town. Many places to eat within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and the room is very spacious. AC works well. Would stay here again."

"Everything spotless, parking on premises lots of it. We chose breakfast included was worth it. The room was spacious enough bathroom in separate room with bidet, toilet shower and sink . I found the bed to be a bit in the hard side as well as pillows however factoring everything that was just perfect it wasn’t a deal breaker. Building is year 1200 it used to be part home part stable. Absolutely gorgeous arched wood doors windows shutters. Lorena and her husband Gianpietro were extremely wonderful and also the grandfather. They are really professional but very humble. It is also a restaurant so you have choice. We walked 10-15 min to grocery store where there is wine fresh fruit veggies all. We walked to the church nearby also about 10 min. Assisi is 4 km away and easy to get to. In all hotel street is quiet. You will not regret it. Enjoy 😊"

"Superb in every way. Parking abs breakfast included. Staff, especially Alexandra on front desk were very helpful and professional. We were offered an upgrade and room change when a tap wouldn't stop dripping. Only disappointed. Pool closed permanently."

"Only stayed for one night, but it was an enjoyable stay. As others have noted, you check in at the restaurant and then are directed to the door which leads to the staircase up to the hotel. We arrived before check in time and were just looking to store our luggage before we went up the hills, but as the room was available, the staff allowed us to go right away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The rooms have a mini fridge and toiletries (shampoo/ body wash dispensers) are provided. The one disadvantage is that there is no elevator. The hotel itself is only 2 floors but if you have a lot of luggage, you will have to carry it up the stairs. Great location, close to the Padua train station. There's a McDonald's 5 min walk away, as well as a self-service laundry."
