"First, Valentina is an exceptionally warm and welcoming person. We arrived late and had to go through a self-entry process because this isn't an inn with night staff. Her instructions were perfect and we made into our room without a hitch. The location is super. Right on Piazza San Frediano. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the shower was large (huge by European standards). The room was made-up every day, which is a rarity in Europe. There is no elevator, so this would not be a place for people with mobility issues. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place. Great value."

Accommodations were wonderful, clean and comfortable; location was perfect. We were at the arena, close to the Roman wall around the city, and very close and walkable to several food, shopping, and historical sights. Definitely recommend this location!"
