"This has to be one of the best Hotels I have stayed at especially with a growing family. This was our 1st holiday as a 4 and was not sure what to expect with a 3 bedroom suite. But we were extremely happy with what we got. My daughter got to choose the room she wanted and we had a spare room for all our toys and activities for my daughter to enjoy. The fact we had our own living room, dining table and kitchen as well as 3 bathrooms, really made us feel homely away from home. It really made our stay enjoyable. Not only were the rooms incredible, but the staff and environment were extremely welcoming. My daughter made friends with many of the members of staff and they really took to her as well and were very well trained for their job. The swimming pool (although could have been bigger) was a massive plus as my daughter loved it and spent an hour every day there and even made friends too. The food options during breakfast as well as dinner were vast and the speciality days for dinner were also incredible. Around the hotel, everything was very local. The central city mall was only a 10 minute walk away and catching an uber to go anywhere you wanted was within a 30 minute drive away. Overall I would give our stay and this hotel a solid 9/10 and would recommend this hotel to any growing family looking for a central location to stay in Doha."

"My recent experience at the Grand Hyatt Doha was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. The highlight of my mornings was at the Santa Monica Breakfast Club, where Namuna went above and beyond to ensure I started my day right based on my preferences and her attention to detail and genuine care was noted. The service at the Club Lounge, particularly from Thomas, was impeccable. Thomas surprised me with thoughtful gestures that truly enhanced my stay, making me feel valued as a guest. Furthermore, Ayush was always available to address any concerns or assist with any requests which was appreciated. The hotel itself was clean, and the beach access provided a serene retreat. Moreover, its convenient location allowed for easy access to the metro, Lagoona Mall and the Pearl which I enjoyed. The beds and A/C were comfortable, and I enjoyed the spacious balconies. The WIFI also worked great, with individual router points in each room."

"Exceptional hotel, really fantastic with great restaurants and amenities, room with sea view and balcony was pretty awesome, very comfortable with everything you needed on hand, the hotel was absolutely spotless and staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool and beach areas were kept to a very high standard just like the rest of the hotel, I can totally recommend the Kempinski and I’m sure we will be back, thanks for some great memories "

"Fantastic staff and great location. Loved our stay here all the staff were polite and helpful very friendly atmosphere at this hotel. The lady who checked us in was absolutely amazing. The apartment i stayed in was clean but it was very tired. It was in need of overhaul. Lots of space had everything you needed in it but it needs re painting and re tiled. Windows were noisy you could hear everything outside. Some windows i noticed had tape and sponge on them so cleary its an ongoing issue. Id gladly stay here again and me and my family throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"We stayed in one of the villas and loved its private walled garden and pool. Room service is excellent for breakfast. Gym and spa are amazing. Pools are heated and extremely clean. Be surprised by the large gardens. We recommend the north tour and desert safari plus wonderful museums "
