Finally a legit 5 star hotel! I had an outstanding experience at Raffles Qatar in their Gulf Signature Suite. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff—they truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and cared for. The team is highly trained, attentive, and dedicated to providing the best service possible. Check-in was quick, efficient and the same attendant met me in the suite for completion of payment and extension of stay! We had daily laundry services and the team was extremely punctual. Special thank you to Abdullah Al Mamun who assisted with packing our laundry at the last night of our stay.
The atmosphere is top-notch and the attention to detail in guest treatment is clear from start to finish. Every part of my visit felt luxurious and comfortable, giving me a true five-star experience.
