Nice staff. Hotel mostly clean. Good location. Only issues were something on ceiling that should have been cleaned and shade worn and should be replaced.

Well-appointed room with LOTS of power and USB ports, easily accessible TV, nice bathroom, very clean. My only issues were (a) on the second day of my stay a piece of metal (I think it was a bracket from the fire sprinkler head) fell off the bathroom ceiling for no readily apparent reason. No big deal but I could've cut my foot if I'd been in the shower when that happened) and (b) no hot breakfast due to hotel's oven being broken, which was frustrating as I'd heard good things about the breakfast, but not that big a deal as there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Overall, my family and I had a great stay. One night we experienced excessive noise from the room next-door. I unfortunately had to call and complain after a couple of attempts to have them lower the noise because they kept waking up my baby. The front desk took care of it, and it was very quiet after that.

The front desk agent at night and day time shifts were very friendly and welcoming. The lady who cleaned the room was so kind. The breakfast crew also were efficient and helpful to me and my kids. Dove products were the good surprise inside the room. Overall, thank you so much for everything. Will go back

It is such a beautiful hotel, so clean and well organized. It has a wonderful breakfast area and the guy that takes care of that area was so nice. We will stay there for fiture visits to Bartow.

Please beware! I got bitten by bed bugs. Never before in my life. Nasty bites. Hotel’s general manager took it upon himself to educate me about bed bugs, so in short dismissed me (and in the end simply hung up on me). Evidently, according to him, I could have been bitten in my rental car or a restaurant booth. He said, bed bugs can be everywhere and I could have been bitten everywhere else, but not at his hotel. He also implied that I should have looked for bed bugs myself to make sure there were none. :0 please note the hotel has reviews on other websites from people complaining about bed bugs.

Unfortunately, you have done nothing but twist everything that was said to you. You admitted that the room looked clean and you saw no presence of any bugs or activity in the room yourself but you have bites so you have convinced yourself that we have bed bugs. I explained to you that we have had the room inspected twice and there are no bugs present in that room but we will continue to monitor the situation as we do take your concerns very seriously.I also explained that since you did not see any bugs here and we have not found any bugs here, we are not able to confirm the incident resulted from here.You are not even certain they are bed bug bites. You just convinced yourself they are because of what you saw on the internet. Those are your own exact words.Your concerns are documented. We will continue to monitor the room for any bug activity and be sure to take all appropriate measures to eradicate any problems.
