New property well maintained. Nice area around the lake close to the outdoor mall. Plenty of food choices. Walking distance entertainment: movie theater, casino, escape room, shops, walking path around 77 acre lake.

We stay every year on the 30th of December for a family event. Maintenance has deteriorated and the breakfast was overwhelmed with nothing much for my friend. Toilet flushed continually until you lifted the cheap handle, bath vent did not shut off even with lights out, shower head somewhat clogged, curtains impossible to open or close unless you pulled on them. The stay started with the reception staff telling me my card didn’t bill and I needed to contact hotels.com. I contacted hotels.com via chat and the representative immediately resolved the situation. When I spoke to the reception staff she told me the hotel attempted to overcharge my card by a small amount. She clearly knew what was happening and specifically chose to inconvenience me. Poor experience! The hotel wi-do is “open” and unprotected. They offer a paid wi-fi that’s protected called “premium” The room I was given overlooked the roof and was next to the elevator and service closet. I’m not really sure what I did to get such poor service from the staff but suffice it to say for over $200 this was clearly NOT worth the cost! Highly recommended you do NOT stay at this hotel. Super bummed since a big reason I chose this hotel was the 9.2 rating from customer reviews…

There to much traffic in the stairway- 11:00 PM to 4:40AM. My room is next to the stair way, and the headboard just next to the stairway wall. There is a market chargers to my credit card, that I never had purchased.
