Three bedrooms plus bonus room with family room, loft, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath with full size washer and dryer and newly finished 12'x16' Mud Room and 16'x16' deck with gas grill. Minutes to Rocky Branch Trail, Storyland, Shops, Golf. Great location. A unique and very spacious way to enjoy the best of the region. 5 QUEEN BEDS, 2 twin beds.

Great place!

This was our second year in a row staying at this property. We love it. Location is great, close to everything but very quiet. It was very clean and perfect for our two families. I love having the loft area so the kids can play. Will stay again in the future!

Perfect short stay in North Conway area with 2 families. House had all necessary items for kids (gates bed rails pack in play etc). House was beautiful and clean. Easy check in and check out. Will stay here again!

Family trip to the white mountains

House was well equipped for a young family, with baby gates for the stairs, a generous amount of space in the common areas and a close proximity to the family locations such as story land.

Comfortable, clean and private

This was our second stay here in the past 2 years and we’ll come back again. It’s CLEAN, sleeps all of us comfortably and there’s enough seating in the living area for all. The deck is nice but bring extra chairs. We’re really hoping either a hot tub or a fire pit will be added but overall this is a great place to stay.

Fantastic property!

The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped which made it convenient for eating in. Having 2 1/2 baths was a major plus. Could not have asked for a better location given the close proximity to the ski areas. Would definitely recommend this property especially for families with young children.

Awesome!!

This property is beautiful and so is the house. There were 9 of us and we fit comfortably. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are beautiful. We didn't use the kitchen outside of the microwave and coffee maker, but there was enough dishes. Would definitely recommend.

Great property

We only used this house to sleep in. We had another large house where a bigger group of guys were staying from our overall group. All the cooking and community living we’re done at that house. We follow the owners instructions and try to send an email to the owner to communicate but it kept getting kicked back to us. Not sure what that’s about. Overall, great house, great location and great experience.

Magnificent Accommodations

This was a great rental in so many ways. The property was very clean and well maintained. The secluded location within a short drive to so many activities is exactly what us city dwellers want on a vacation. There was a turkey in the driveway one morning and we caught a glimpse of a bear at the end of the driveway one day. The house was more than spacious enough for the nine of us. The very comfortable beds helped us to re-energize after our busy days. The well equipped kitchen made cooking for nine a breeze. The internet connection was more than adequate even with our dozen devices connected to it. We didn’t need to reach out to the owners, but they informed us they would be traveling abroad and assured us they would respond as quickly as they could if we needed anything. The heads up was very thoughtful of them. We highly recommend this rental.

Plenty of Room for Everyone

The house was larger than appeared from the listing. It is a beautiful home in a central location to enjoy the White Mountains. Lots of attractions in a close proximity. Had some hiccups when we arrived as the home had not been cleaned yet. Housekeeping came & did a super job making the place feel fresh again. Thought the furniture could have been better placed in the common area on the first floor. Only complaint with the kitchen was there were only 4 spoons. Other than that we had everything that we needed. Curtains are outdated & should be removed. Blinds they have are more than adequate for privacy. We enjoyed our long weekend with children & grandchildren. We would consider renting again if we wanted to stay in the area.

This was our second stay and as wirh our first stay every room was clean and the house overall is very well maintained. Quiet morning coffee on the deck to plan our day was something to look forward to. The location is secluded and quiet yet central to hiking, exploring, shops and dining. We definitely enjoyed this retreat from our busy lives and will be back again.
