"The amenities were first rate; the room was very nicely apportioned, the bed was comfortable, and the water was hot. It was a very pleasant stay. The staff I dealt with was a bit on the aloof side, and cold. When I tell someone at the desk that I've been on the road for hours and need to use the latrine, the last thing I want to hear while they're piddling with the computer is "there's a bathroom in your room"."
