"Had a lovely stay here for 2 days. Booked the Signature room which had a really nice view of the Grand Place. Breakfast was excellent, staff on the front desk really lovely. The building was going through some maintenance - there were some shabby carpets in some stairwells, TV and Aircon not working during our stay - but the front desk made some adjustment to the bill which was more than fair. The room view, central location and excellent breakfast really made it for us. "

The checkin and breakfast staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The hotel is directly opposite Lille Flanders station so perfect for those traveling. "It is a 2 star budget hotel and you can certainly tell that by the facilities. However, it was adequate for an overnight stay. Room was clean if a little small and basic. Not many staff but they were courteous. Basic breakfast provided but again was to be expected. Overall, okay for an overnight stay. "
