"The room was clean and the cleaners were accommodating. I did find the room cold ever though they provided a stand up heater. What I didn't like was they place customers with big dogs on upper floors. We heard thumping above us all evening."

"The hot water issue on 3rd floor needs to be resolved. I wish there was a breakfast or even a continental breakfast offered especially for the cost of the room. Otherwise it was very clean spacious , with comfy beds. Would stay again."

The lady in charged of the continental breakfast was very organized, very well prepared to continue filling the food for hotel guess, take charged of the flow of food which the guess appreciates. Front desk staffs need to be more diligent in checking arrival and checking out of guess. Overall the hotel is a very good hotel to stay as it is clean and the room are spacious. ."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early without issue. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Nice little kitchenette (which we did not use, but would be nice if we wanted to cook). The town of Pembroke was great! Good food near the hotel and a lot of nice parks to walk thru. Very relaxing stay!"
